Wagon Wheel Adapter - 1/2" Axle to 5/8" Bearing

I needed to replace the tires on my kids' Radio Flyer wagon, but there was no way I was going to pay $22 per tire plus shipping. I found some [cheap 10" tires at Harbor Freight](https://www.harborfreight.com/10-inch-pneumatic-tire-30900.html) but they have a 5/8" axle bore and the wagon axle is 1/2". I couldn't find the exact part I needed anywhere online so I figured I would try creating a simple model myself even though I'd never done it before. (I make no promises about the durability, make sure you use a strong material!) You should be able to easily print as many as you need. I ended up having to cut down the length of the wider end a bit for the front axles using a hacksaw, but for the back axles they fit like a glove right off the printer. The inner diameter is 1/2" to fit the wagon axle. The small end is 5/8" OD so it slots into the axle bore perfectly and the wide end is 13/16" OD so it simultaneously acts as a stop and a spacer to keep the axle length consistent and make it so the original hubcaps can be put back on. Good luck!
