Video description/demo: https://youtu.be/QZZ9pmQY4T4 A wagon vise designed to be installed in laminated construction lumber bench top. I did all prints in PETG with 5 perimeters and 15% infill. The screw assembly uses an aluminum ½" square bar to provide reinforcement as well as to transfer the tightening torque from the handle into the screw. example from home depot: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/paulin-1-2-x-36-inch-aluminum-square-rod/1000163803 Two 6204 ball bearings are used as thrust bearings at either end.
