Wago 222 Mounts

Wago 222 Mounts

thingiverse

I require a custom Wago mount, so I utilize a design from Thingiverse and make some modifications. Initially, the original mounts sit at an angle, so I add 1mm to the bottom for better stability. To ensure secure mounting, I enlarge the screw hole and add one on the back for lateral supports. The holes are precision-cut for M3 lens head screws and M3 countersunk screws. The holding clips do get slightly bent due to printing without support, but they're more pliable that way. For a DIN-RAIL mount with compatible screw holes, you can refer to the project: railholder2.stl. I've created several combinations for my personal use, including the 413 "3er" for three cables and the 415 "5er" for five cables. If you need a specific combination, feel free to let me know, and I'll be happy to add it.
