Maybe a handheld option is the best way to go, but it might be more effective to attach it directly to the car window so everyone sees at once how wrong they are. I haven't printed one yet, so I'm not sure if the mechanics need tweaking. There's room for a counterbalance coin or washer as well. When printing, make sure the finger is pointing upwards and the support will help. The two pieces should fit together seamlessly. The first test at 70% scale was a bit top-heavy, so it will definitely need the counterweight on the pendulum to balance out.
