Wafer Bowl Moulding Kit
thingiverse
Mold fresh waffers into a bowl shape using a food-safe material tool, preferably wrapped in cling film initially. Follow this recipe for guidance (http://www.skiptomylou.org/2010/07/13/homemade-waffle-cone-and-bowls/). To make the bowl, pour a small amount of waffle mix onto a waffle iron and cook for approximately 60 seconds until it starts browning. Remove from the iron, place on the mandrel and press down using a mould or glass (an IKEA shot glass works perfectly). Wait for 15-20 seconds before demoulding and storing in a sealed container. The resulting bowl has an inner diameter of about 40mm. The mandrel base measures 80mm in diameter with a thickness of 5mm, while the mould is 3mm thick.
