Wades Extruder MK8

Wades Extruder MK8

I was able to remix the Wade's extruder, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the original at the time to give proper credit. This design is specifically tailored for use with 1.75mm filament and features a MK8 style configuration that works seamlessly with my Anet A8 setup - which is similar to the original MK7 model, except the steppers spin in the opposite direction. To build this extruder, you'll need some additional components: an 8mm hobbed bolt (measuring 24mm from the bottom of the bolt head to the center of the hob), along with four M4 bolts and nuts that are 55mm long. Additionally, you'll require three 806 bearings and 20mm of 8mm smooth rod, as well as four springs.
