For 1.75mm filament; 60t big gear; 12t small one; 727566 e-steps for each mm; With j-head clamp secure; m4 bolts and nuts secure the idler in place; 3 x 608 bearings ensure smooth operation; Built-in spacers protect the bearings from damage; Builds support for direct printing without interruptions; The extruder body features a reinforced design with improved stability; New small gear uploaded February 10, 2015, requiring 873 e-steps for this specific configuration; A problem occurred with one of the teeth on the small gear causing a 2 degree error; Uploaded revised extruder body on February 22, 2015, featuring better built-in supports. Also included is an upgraded extruder body specifically designed for bowden-style printers using m6 ptfe tube connectors. However, note that some images may still be incorrect. This particular design still utilizes a 2mm filament hole size which will be adjusted shortly. A revised version of the jhead-type printer was printed in abs with 0.2 mm layer settings and 40% infill for maximum durability; Bowden-style printers require similar settings except for gear dimensions which were optimized at 0.1mm; also applied acetone bath to enhance quality. An updated filament entry hole size is still a pending fix; Uploaded ver2 extruder bodies with improved design featuring 2.4 mm entry hole and revised idler, jhead clamp; note the omission of counter-bores for optimal motor performance and durability.
