'Wade Handed' Greg's Hinged Accessible w/ Techzone Tip

This modified extruder combines elements from Wade's Extruder and Greg's Accessible Hinged Extruder, offering a drop-in replacement for the original Wade's design when using a steel hot tip from TechZone. The gears started as Herringbone Geared extruder by rhys-jones but have been modified with beveled edges and slimmed down where possible. Version 1.0 features improved hinge area and motor mount for motors with shorter shafts. Print the extruder, gears, and the idler designed by Greg Frost, available on Thingiverse. Clear out main holes, motor mounting holes, and idler support piece before assembly, which should be straightforward like any other extruder. Suggestions for improvement are welcome, with Version 0.8 printing fairly well with some trimming needed in the hinge area.
