In the large gear, the hexagon was slightly oversized at approximately 1mm; unfortunately, I couldn't replicate it due to limitations from the source. To resolve this issue, I utilized OpenSCAD and adjusted the diameter from 16mm to a more suitable 15mm, making it ideal for my hobbed bolt application.
