We were assembling a multitude of Prusa i3 Rework RepRaps in the DCRL at UWM and decided to utilize 5/16-inch hobbed bolts instead of standard 8mm hobbed bolts, resulting in a gear that was incorrectly sized for the hex head of the bolt. A rapid search for an Imperial version yielded no results, so I modified the 8mm gear to be a 5/16-inch gear.
