Waddesden Manor Stables Water Spout (1800s)
thingiverse
A scan of a water spout found in the stables of Waddesdon Manor, Buckinghamshire, UK reveals an intriguing sight. The manor itself was constructed in the 1800s as a weekend retreat, and this water spout is one of four to be discovered in the courtyard of the stable block. A quick photogrammetry scan using my iPhone 6s, Autodesk Memento, and Meshmixer yields impressive results. If there's sufficient interest, I will create a version that can be mounted on a wall. The demo model was printed at 70mm high, utilizing Colorfabb nGen Light Green filament. Minimal post-processing is needed to achieve the desired effect.
