The Waco YMF-5, a medium poly biplane replica, boasts near actual general dimensions within a couple of percent. High resolution textures are available in multiple formats, while detailed modeling encompasses the radial engine, cockpit, and more. Animateable features include ailerons, elevators, rudder, propeller, and controls. Primarily designed for animation and rendering in-flight, it can also serve as a static model for airport scenes. The Waco F series consisted of private pilot owner and training biplanes in the 1930s by the Waco Aircraft Company. The YMF-5, based on the original YMF design, underwent redesign with a longer, wider fuselage, larger rudder, and other structural enhancements. Produced since March 1986 by WACO Classic Aircraft, over 100 YMF-5s were completed by 2012, with custom orders still resulting in new examples.
