I Designed a Straight Key Specifically for ARRL's 2014 Straight Key Night. First, orient and print with support structures, specifically for the knob area. You'll probably notice some additional support elements on the internal cable channel as well, but in my experience, these were relatively easy to remove without affecting the rest of the printed part. To refine this design further or even create a version that can be printed without supports at all would require future iteration and experimentation.
