W124 AC Condenser Mount Grommet

This is a direct replacement for MB part number A2019970381 "Grommet: Condenser to stiffening and to front cross member" i.e. the grommet through which the bottom of the AC condenser in a W124 chassis is locked in place. Things changed from the original: fewer round corners to 3D print easier slightly more snug fit Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.05 Infill: Grid 25% Filament: FFF Flex 88A TPU black Notes: This one is not easy to print well, like anything with flexible filaments. However, printing at fine resolution, very slow (<= 20mm/s for all print moves), disabling retraction and using the minimum specified print temperature worked fine in my case. Some post-processing was still required, but nothing to tedious.rnrnPrint top to bottom, with fan on for all layers. Use of glue stick as separator on the print bed is recommended.rnrnIdeally use a softer TPU filament (<= 80A) if your printer can handle it. Category: Automotive
