I am creating a contribution for Covid-19. This valve has been designed to be used in helmets, capsules, or any device that requires a continuous airflow in one direction. It uses a brida type system with threads, making installation easy. A flexible membrane is required, which is secured by a small screw. I have achieved excellent results using household latex gloves for the manufacture of this membrane. I recommend adding a Positive Horizontal Expansion of 0.15mm to the laminating program, otherwise the thread may end up too loose. The final result will depend on the calibration of the printer.
