Wanted a spot to mount all the switches and Raspberry pi 4b. I designed this to take the place of the drawer as i never use it. I used a raspberry pi 4b with a power blough power blocker. Which can be found here https://www.th3dstudio.com/product/power-blough-r-pi-usb-power-blocker/. The usb sticks out just a hair so i made a bezel that has to be glued on after install is complete. I used thermal inserts to attach the mounting rail, the buck converter and to attach the bottom. The pi is powered directly from the buck converter. with a pigtail i got here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09C7SLHFP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The power switch is the stock one relocated to front. As far as wiring I just extended the two wires for the power switch and ran a 24v line from the open spot on the psu to power leds and the pi. The wires will run enclosed under the covers for the psu and the motherboard. From there they run behind the new box. I just drilled two holes in the back of the pi box for the wires. Make sure you run the wires in flex loom to protect them. I printed in petg but pla is fine. Print with the top down to hide support placement. All screws are M3. Hope you like it.
