**Model based on the character "VYKRON", released by MATTEL in the "MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE CLASSICS" line. The figures are derived from early prototypes called "the ROGER SWEET trio" from the late 1980s. VYKRON was the ultimate Champion of Eternia. Fifty years before Prince Adam was born, Vykron the Warrior fought in the gladiatorial arena of Lord Choloh, ruler of the Vine Jungle. Learning from each defeated opponent, he became a master of many combat techniques and weapons. Both a champion and a showman, he often dressed in extravagant outfits to rouse the crowd and show off his skills. In his final match, he fought the great Gygor. Before a cheering crowd, the evil fighting gorilla split Vykron's body in half, finally defeating the arena champion. After this match, Gygor claimed not only the arena championship, but also the rule of the jungle, forcing Choloh to abdicate the throne from him. In life, Vykron was the greatest of Choloh's gladiatorial warriors, fighting in any setting and at any time.
