Air flap with coupler for VW Touran 1T1, 1T2. Rear side. Printed with 100% infill, the air flap is designed to withstand demanding conditions. I strongly advise drilling all holes on the coupler with a 3mm drill bit after printing to ensure smooth assembly of flaps onto the coupler regardless of printer calibration. A small tab at the end of the pin requires you to push the flap over it to prevent slipping from the pin. To complete the installation, attach one to five flaps onto the coupler and then secure the entire assembly into the ventilation system. I tested assembly with PLA for a test run, but I recommend using PETG or ABS for a more durable solution, as temperatures inside a car during summer can reach over 50°C.
