These adapters let you mount the ltprtz DL202 10" headlights to your VW T5.2 (Facelift) van. The cooler grill, these adapters fit for, is 7E0 853 653. When disassembling the grill, do it in warm conditions. The little clips will easily brake if it is cold. Also prepare a workspace, where you can lay the grill down, without breaking the clips. The adapters will mount in a 2° downwards angle for the lights.I tested them an I am quite happy with it. Maybe I will make a variant with different angles some day or if requested. For mounting you have to print the cut guidance parts out of any material, I used PLA. You will have to print all parts also mirrored for right side (in driving direction) With these, you can quite exactly mark the cutting lines on the cooler grill. Cut with Dremel tool and small saw blade. Sand edges. Print the inner and outer mounts and aero adapters out of ABS or ASA. Maybe PETG is also an option, but I did not try these. ABS must be painted because of not being very UV resistant. Inner and outer mounts have to be glued together, sanded and painted in the color you like, also some primer filler can be used to improve surface quality. Test fit everything to the grill, and check if your cutout is big enough, so the mounts fit in without stress bevor drilling the holes - position and drill the hole on the inner side first, as you will see gaps between VW logo and adapter. Fix the adapters with nice stainless M5 screw. The main screws, which came with the lights are too short. You need 4 M8x18mm screws for proper mounting. This is an ALPHA version. So please be careful and check before you cut your cooler grill
