This is the bracket that supports the intercooler and attaches to the radiator support housing on an '06 VW Jetta DTI, other models might require the same part number, but that's still unknown. The original bracket got crushed into a thousand pieces except for the rubber portion in the middle, which was only slightly pushed up. This replacement has been verified to fit perfectly. You'll need to print it with 3 or 4 shells, 10% infill or more, and 5 top and 5 bottom layers. This part was printed in a copolyester material similar to PETg. To ensure proper printing, you'll need to use a higher temperature material since it sits close to the radiator but doesn't touch it directly. To achieve successful printing, enable support material from the bed only. Do not print any support material inside the hole. You'll also need to cut the threads with the bolt that goes into the hole, which is why multiple shells are recommended.
