VW Phaeton Cup Holder Parts

The VW Phaeton has retracting cup holders, which is very cool until the clip breaks, leaving them unusable. The original clip broke along the 2 outer flanges. I've beefed up that hinge as much as possible. This upgraded part needed more rigidity, so there is a line running lengthwise down the center, cored out for a 1.5mm steel rod, purchased from amazon. This had to be pounded down through the center and then cut to size, be careful not to damage the print during this process. The clip is secured to the cup holder itself using the original short steel rod.SUPPORTS: The 2 outer flanges need support material, but be careful when removing, as they are still somewhat fragile. Place support blockers everywhere else, the lattice structure on the bottom and tube for the steel rod need to be free of support material. Print with the flattest side towards the build platform.UPDATED 9/6: I've added the file for the small cupholder nub, the original was liable to break along the hinges after a long period of time. I beefed up the hinges as much as I could without hurting functionality.
