To create the replacement parts, use your phone to capture a photo of the cavity, edit it to show only the lip, import it into SketchUp, and apply a Ruby script that converts images to vector shapes. To assemble the replacement covers, print A and B caps for both driver's side and passenger side, print driver's and passenger side bracket kits, insert tabs per cap, use acetone to make them watertight, place caps with mounts at each end, and secure with zip ties.
