VW MK2 Diesel fuel filter adapter

I bought several of these fuel filters on Ebay very cheap. Although they are for the model of Volkswagen that I have, an 86 Jetta TD, but not for particular year that I own. These filters have an extra port to let warm excess fuel which is being sent back into the tank. This warmer oil is warming the fuel before use. My car did not have this port, instead sending the excess fuel directly back to the tank. I made a plug to block off the fuel warmer port. Inside the port there is an o-ring to prevent leakage. The plug is held in with a 3mm machine screw as shown.
