This compact car, manufactured and marketed by Volkswagen, was introduced in 2011 for the 2012 model year as the successor to the New Beetle. It boasts a lower profile while retaining an overall shape that recalls the original Volkswagen Beetle. The model is created at actual size and can be easily customized or modified if needed. I created this model using Autodesk Maya 2012, with rendering handled by Mental Ray. The accompanying Maya file contains all the necessary Mental Ray materials and settings for optimal visualization.
