This adapter is designed for converting a 22mm inlet and 27mm flanged heater core to accommodate a standard 1/2" or 13mm hose size. To complete the conversion, you will need an O-ring with specific dimensions that aren't extremely critical. In fact, I discovered three different sizes within one small package of O-rings that all provide a tight seal. For this reason, I suggest visiting your local hardware store and selecting the O-ring by feel alone. You should be looking for an O-ring with approximately 20mm inner diameter and 1.5-2mm thickness. While there's some variation among different sizes, many will still fit and seal effectively.
