Saw these side mirror window buffeting deflectors by CJM industries https://cjmind.com/products/2023168-7gwd but did not like their design so I made my own. These sit on top of the black rubber trim while CJM's sits on the window glass. Not sure if mine makes any difference but here's a review for CJM's https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8L-UIZXVaIAHighly recommend printing with ABS for temperature resistance as other materials may warp from the sun. Use 1/2 inch 3M automotive molding tape from Amazon to mount. I use Orca Slicer to print with overhangs.EditAlso made an attachment for the leading edge of the deflector. Print with support on.
