Print Badge with text facing upwards, without supports or raft required. Next, print Backing Plate with Bosses facing upwards, without supports or rafts needed. Additionally, you will need 2-off M4 x 16-20mm long Hex. Socket Head bolts/screws. Depending on your car, these bolts might need to be longer, but they worked well on my Bora. Remember to trial fit the bolts into the backing plate before installation to cut a thread inside. This makes it much easier when you come to fit it to your car. When fitting this to your grille, ensure that the flat side of the backing plate is against the back of the grill, with the bolt bosses facing towards your engine. I created my badge with a Black background and Gold symbol & lettering, which looks amazing. (See print settings notes below for how to achieve this).
