A Customized Clutch Stop Solution for My 2018 VW Golf R. I was accustomed to a quicker engagement from the floor, so this clutch stop effectively addressed most of the excessive pedal travel issue for me. Simply print out this design, insert your original rubber stopper into the hole (it will be somewhat tight), and push the entire assembly into the clutch stop opening. Be cautious not to shake it excessively during installation or you may break off the plastic rivet in the vehicle! If this occurs, you'll need to unbolt most of the 13 mm clutch bolt in order to gently push the plastic out the backside. It's still a work in progress if I decide to fine-tune the stop height further. I've made some adjustments and now have two designs available: 14 & 15 mm variants. This modification reduces pedal travel by approximately 15 or 16 mm once the rubber stopper is securely inserted. I found that the 14 mm increase provides perfect engagement nearly from the "floor" for me, but feel free to edit this design yourself using Tinkercad: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kN5JcVuvhkM
