I'm leaving this here so people can find it while searching online. My Golf mk4 didn't come with a floor vent, so I made one myself. I'm not sure if its dimensions match the original since I've only seen pictures of one before. For fun, I also created a 2-color version that can be printed in two parts and snap together seamlessly. Edit: I can confirm this works just as well for an Audi A4 (b6).
