VW Camper Van Curtain Hangers

This is a DIY alternative to '93 VW Eurovan Weekender sliding curtain hangers. My daughter and son-in-law were unable to locate suitable replacements, so I designed this in Blender and printed a replica. Using Taulman 910 nylon, these hangers turned out extremely strong and worked flawlessly without requiring post-printing modification. I also printed some using ABS, which seemed promising, but ultimately only sent the nylon version. Printing them in pairs, then finally in sets of three, proved to be a slightly better approach than printing singles. I will upload photos of the finished print next week. The working prototype is currently cruising around California and performing its intended function. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 - P3 Steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 30 Notes: Print speed was set at 20 mm/s, hotend temperature was at 235 C, bed temperature was at 45 C, brim width was 6, and slicing software used was Cura version 10.04.6. Printing two or three at a time yielded the best results.
