VW Caddy 3 2K electric power window conversion

So my Caddy came equipped with the rare but frustrating manual windows. Unfortunately, this meant there were no aftermarket kits available to upgrade them. As a result, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create one myself. I sourced a T5 power window conversion kit from eBay and got to work. To find the right kit, simply search for "T5 power window conversion kit" online. The correct kit is shown in the pictures above. The first step was to disassemble the bracket holding the motor in place. This required removing the three wooden screws that held it together. Next, I had to cut one of the screw holes to accommodate my custom parts. Once I had access to the crank holders, I removed them with their three TX30 screws and attached my new components to the door. Finally, I installed the aftermarket motor and tightened everything back down with the three Phillips screws.
