This is a tool to conceal brake cylinder in VW Passat B3/B4 or Golf III. I put it through its paces on Golf VR6 calipers, but it should work with other models too. The disc measures 55 mm across and the pad stretches 100 mm long. To make it functional, I employed a 606 bearing, an M6 screw and three M6 nuts. I was anxious that it would crack because I couldn't hide the cylinder with a screwdriver, but that didn't happen. I used 75% infill. Print Settings Printer: Klocek Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Irrelevant Infill: 75 Post-Printing As seen in the pictures - push bearing into disc, place one nut in pad and screw bolt in. Then secure two nuts at the end, so a small bolt will protrude - it will fit into the bearing, so the nut should ride on the bearing.
