The Beetle, a car model built by Volkswagen, has been one of the most popular cars sold worldwide, with over 21 million units produced by the German automaker. Its sleek and aerodynamic design, combined with its air-cooled engine and distinctive sound, as well as the trunk located at the front, are unmistakable features that have made it a favorite among car enthusiasts. My Beetle model was crafted on a desktop CNC machine from Stepcraft using a 1.2 mm spiral-toothed flute. I selected 6 mm beech plywood for the body and 6 mm beech rods for the axles. To ensure smooth rotation, I applied a small amount of grease and used washers to give the tires, which had been stained with wood finish, a proper fit. A laser cutter could potentially serve as an alternative tool for building this model, but it's essential to consider that certain parts may require specific sizes or materials to provide sufficient strength.
