<p>I am doing the metal dash conversion on my '74 VW Type 1 Beetle. I decided to replace the plastic ash tray with an old-style metal tray. I had to cut the tray holder a little to match the newer padded dash version but it was very easy to do (see photos).</p> <p>Then I printed this knob and screwed it onto the threaded stud on the front of the old style metal dash ash tray. It would look really cool if the low spots on the VW logo were filled body color...</p> <p>PETG, 4 perimeters, 50% infill.</p> Category: Automotive
