Replace the plastic component that secures the metal clamp, maintaining the passenger front right window's position. This part fits my 1999 Volkswagen Passat and is likely compatible with other B5 and B5.5 models (1996-2005). For optimal fitting, there are two of these parts installed in reverse order in the door. The driver's side installation process is similar; if needed, I can provide instructions for that as well. A machining device would be helpful to remove excess plastic and ensure accurate hole size (I used PLA during printing). Additionally, applying lithium grease can enhance smooth window operation.
