Printable version of the classic cables reel (Sullivan style) in expanded size (inner diameter 95 mm, outer diameter 120), designed specifically for use in Control Line Aeromodelling classes. The reel consists of two parts that can be printed without support material, resulting in a better finish on the outer faces. The inner diameters are carefully designed to allow one half to fit snugly into the other, forming a secure and tight seal. To ensure a strong bond between the halves, cyano adhesive or epoxy should be applied. Important note: Depending on your printing settings, it may be necessary to make slight adjustments to the tolerance of the inner diameters for optimal fit. To facilitate this process, the original SolidWorks files are attached, allowing you to freely modify and adjust the design as needed.
