VTOL motor tilt mechanism
thingiverse
This design features a tilt mechanism I developed specifically for a VTOL aircraft that I'm building. The standard 40g servo, utilizing the HXT5010 model, serves as the core component of this mechanism. To provide smoother movement, I incorporated a 685 bearing, commonly found in 450 size helicopters and widely available. While it may be considered unconventional, I opted for its reliability due to having several spares on hand. Feel free to modify or enhance this design using OpenScad, drawing parts from scratch will further improve their precision.
