I created this model with the intention of making it as silent as possible. However, there is no noticeable difference in sound output. The model took approximately 15 hours and 30 minutes to print (3 hours and 15 minutes for the front and back sections, 9 hours for the suppressor tube, and 4 hours for the baffles). I designed this with a 35% infill to make it strong; you can likely use less infill. Inside the tube, you can use the baffles, sound-dampening foam, or Scotch-Brite, among other options, to reduce sound. The baffles may need some sanding to fit properly. For the front and back sections, I initially planned to create threads. Unfortunately, tolerance issues prevented this from working as intended. In the future, I hope to find a solution for this issue. For now, everything fits together tightly but can be disassembled if desired. I will upload test files with this project to ensure a proper fit before printing takes 16 hours.
