I designed a brake pedal plate with a stopper on the left side to keep your foot from slipping halfway off the plate... which has happened to me all the time. The pedal plate is 120 mm long (high) and 105 mm wide, the guide on the left side is 5 mm thick, so the usable width of the pedal plate is 100 mm. The front of the plate has the same radius as the original. The back is flat but I incorporated some pedal arm cutouts with the correct radius. The first version of the plate was just a big plate with no guide... I uploaded this version too, maybe someone doesn't want a guide, just a bigger brake pedal. The plate is very stiff when printed with 3 walls, 5 bottom and 5 top layers and 25% infill at 0.2mm layer height. It was printed with Gyroid Infill in the SuperSlicer (PrusaSlicer). There should be 1-2 5mm body washers between the pedal plate and the mounting bracket on the pedal arm to ensure the plate is not flexed too much. Update 06/10/2023 I've added a through hole plug and a version for heat set inserts for the brake pedal and a plate with a guide at the right for the accelerator pedal. Please print the files in the existing orientation, this will make the brake pedal more grippy due to the layers on top of each other and the accelerator pedal more slippery due to the layers next to each other. The gas pedal is optimized for printing in this stance position, eliminating the need for supports. Update 06/18/2023 Added a through hole version for the throttle pedal with plug. ------------------------------------------------------ Ich habe eine Bremspedalplatte mit einem Anschlag auf der linken Seite entworfen, damit man nicht mit dem Fuß halb von der Pedalplatte abrutschen kann... so wie es mir ständig passiert ist. Die Pedalplatte ist 120 mm lang (hoch) und 105 mm breit, die Führung auf der linken Seite ist 5 mm stark, sodass die nutzbare Breite der Pedalplatte 100 mm beträgt. Die Vorderseite der Platte hat den gleichen Radius wie das Original. Die Rückseite ist flach, aber ich habe einige Aussparungen für den Pedalarm mit dem richtigen Radius integriert. Die erste Version der Platte war einfach eine große Platte ohne Führung... diese Version habe ich auch hochgeladen, vielleicht wünscht sich jemand keine Führung, sondern einfach nur ein größeres Bremspedal. Die Platte ist sehr steif, wenn sie mit 3 Wänden, 5 unteren und 5 oberen Schichten und einer Füllung von 25 % bei 0,2 mm Schichthöhe gedruckt wird. Gedruckt wurde mit Gyroid Infill im SuperSlicer (PrusaSlicer). Es sollten 1-2 5 mm Karosseriescheiben zwischen der Pedalplatte und der Montagehalterung am Pedalarm angebracht werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Platte nicht zu stark gebogen wird. Update 10.06.2023 Ich habe einen Stopfen für das Durchgangsloch und eine Version für Heat-Set-Einsätze für das Bremspedal sowie eine Platte für das Gaspedal mit Führung hinzugefügt. Die Dateien bitte in der vorhandenen Ausrichtung drucken, dadurch wird das Bremspedal aufgrund der übereinander liegenden Schichten griffiger und das Gaspedal aufgrund der nebeneinander liegenden Schichten rutschiger. Das Gaspedal ist für das Drucken in dieser Standposition optimiert, sodass keine Stützen erforderlich sind. Update 18.06.2023 Ich habe auf speziellen Wunsch eine Version des Gaspedals mit Durchgangsloch und Stopfen hinzugefügt.
