Psyche by James Pradier, resides at The Louvre. Psyche, the embodiment of the Soul or Breath of Life, is seen in Greek art dating back as far as 400 BC. Interpretations vary due to Neoplatonic elements and allusions to secret religions, allowing it to be viewed as both allegory and folk tale. The statue was created by James Pradier in 1824. The acquisition was made possible through Louis XVIII's efforts at The Louvre in France. The sculpture is carved from Marble material. In total, there are 4987 vertices and 9970 triangles that comprise the entire piece. Its reduced version, often referred to as LOD, features a count of 2493 vertices with 4982 triangles. Product renders demonstrate a scene made using PBR Materials within Marmoset Toolbag, showing minimal post-processing efforts have been taken on this product. This 3D model has originated from an actual scan of a statue in the real world and features a low-poly style suited for VR and AR projects that demand 4K quality resolution as part of Real-Time Engine functionality. All of the components, which have been thoroughly unwrapped with no overlapping UV areas at any time during the development phase, are listed here. The files available are made up of:1. The original scene (.ma) designed in Maya 2017 2. An Autodesk FBX version of this work 3. The file exported in Wavefront OBJ 4. Stereolithography for its own sake, as (.stl) And then comes a second batch of additional data, where some parameters and models are different. 1. Maya 2017 scene LOD model (.ma) which includes lower level complexity with lesser triangle count, but maintaining all of the characteristics that are desired in a model suitable for use within Real-Time engines. 2. A reduced version of an Autodesk FBX export that features even less polygon density to further ease load on game systems 3. A similarly reduced model available as a (.obj) 4. (.stl) As before: it still is all about triangles count, so there's LOD at work for you. This has led us in to being where the data set contains just as much data when it counts, like vertices number (4987 total), which translates in this specific scene (9970 triangles) A version that exists to have a lower complexity level will instead use up about half as many triangles; or rather: (4982) so do be ready for something more 'user-friendly'. Note on Format, we're also offering the full range of file format available within the market: - .tga texture. It may just require post-processing and then applying that metallic spec to complete the image rendering task successfully. All this comes from scanning actual sculptures as if to help game makers produce 4K graphics in short amount of time, a true 'plug-and-play', but for any questions feel free reach me!
