VR prescription lens Index->Vive adapter

I previously owned a Valve Index and had purchased prescription glasses from vroptician. Later, I switched to Vive Pro. This adapter replaces the lens holder to make it fit in the Vive Pro lens socket. I'm not sure if it works for any other Vives.This is my first model. It's a bit difficult to insert the lens but it should be doable. You can mirror it in the slicer program to print for the other eye. I printed it face-down with only obvious supports.Hopefully this is helpful to someone.
