hello after having an incident with my index valve helmet which broke at the level of the top strap (see photo) and the helmet being out of warranty I created a part. the part may seem thick, it's normal because my specifications for this kind of part is the following, cannot be broken by hand : OK with a hammer : very resistant : OK in view of the work for which it is designed, it should last a very long time I have tested this piece and it should not let you down INSTRUCTION / WARNING it allowed me to repair my helmet for information I do not guarantee that it works for you it will depend also on the type of glue used and operation is a little risky be careful that the glue does not slip towards the air inlet to avoid any problem I tilted the helmet a little bit so that the gravity brings the glue to the printed part and not to the inside of the helmet and the electronic circuits ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- to put it in place it is very simple 1 respect well the instructions of the glue in my case the glue indicated taken in 1 hour 24 hours for the polymerization to be its maximum strength (I waited 24 hours to be sure) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 scratch the plastic of the helmet to create roughness (it helps the glue to take better) 3 glue it with the glue
