This was specifically designed for a snug fit between a metal rod and the glass surface of a desk. Its main objective is to offer a breakout panel that will comfortably accommodate a 30mm HDMI/USB3.0 panel mount extension. I'm uploading it at another person's request, in the hopes that someone out there can make good use of it.
