This is a remix to fit the fully 3d printed guide wheel and planetary gears bearing onto the Aquila. I separated it into two press fit parts to be able to print it without supports and to keep the strength in the axle. When the axle was printed with the base, one of the two prongs the bearing presses onto snapped. You may need to adjust xy inner compensation to allow the fit of the axle inside it. Since the only internal hole is the axle press fit hex hole, this is the only feature affected. Also, scale the axle to fit into the bearing. I didn't bother with actual dimensions in Fusion360. I just printed things to fit since the material used wasn't that much. You may need to tweak these based on your printer configuration. Print settings for those two for me turned out to be: (on base) XY compensation (inner): -0.3mm (axle) scaled whole model by 97% I just used a couple pieces of cut filament to fit inside the holes in the base, which lined up with holes in the metal bracket of the printer, to secure the base. If you wanted, you could drill the holes out and fit M3 screws in with a nut, but I didn't want to fuss with lining up those dimensions that precisely. I did have to use the XY compensation on the bearing wheel itself, but I do not remember those settings. I just started the print job and visual checked clearance, adjusted in superslicer and reposted the g-code to restart the print... only took me 3 prints to get it right.
