Voxelab Proxima Vat
cults3d
This is a Vat for the Voxelab Proxima Printer using 4mm square weld nuts. I use square weld nuts because they are less likely to spin when tightening the bolt. The four "feet" will also bite into the Vat bottom. When assembling the Vat i would suggest that a bit of contact adhesive on each nut to hold it in place before trying to stick the two Vat halves together. The first time that i tried this one nut popped out, then a second. The epoxy was setting before i was ready. If you do a dry run then you will be able to see what i mean. Use a slower setting epoxy resin as this will take a little time to get things in place. This uses 26 x M4 countersunk bolts 16mm long and 26 Square weld nuts. Infill was 25% for the Vat top and 100% for the rest. After assembly. I would suggest put the Vat on some tissue paper. Then fill it with water to test for leaks.
