Voxelab Aquila Filament Guide

Voxelab Aquila Filament Guide

thingiverse

This is a remix of a filament guide to make it work for the Voxelab Aquila. This is modified to fit the mounting holes that are just next to your extruder (I think they're for a run-out sensor, but I don't have one). I made this because I found when I switched to an all metal extruder block, that the harsh angle that the filament has to take when it goes into the extruder was causing it to grind and shave itself off as it entered the extruder. Holding the filament at a better angle fixes this. There are 2 roller options: - Roller.stl is for if you don't mind using an entirely filament roller (which will probably wear out eventually) - Roller-for-bearing.stl is designed to be press fit onto a 608zz (a pretty common bearing), which will roll smoother and longer. To mount you will need 2 bolts, but the ones you need should have came as spare bolts with your printer!
