Voxelab Aquila extruder filament guide
thingiverse
Remix of Markacho's guidebracket so that it fits the Voxelab Aquila mounting and positions the bearing in line with the Aquila extruder input. The ring files are identical to those provided by Markacho The bracket is a press-fit onto the z-carriage. Firmly push the bracket all the way onto the Z-axis carriage so that the cutouts wrap around the axle spacer and nut. The 2 half-rings are a press-fit onto a standard 608 bearing. I recommend printing just one half ring first and doing a test fit. If too tight, adjust the settings in your slicer to allow for horizontal hole offset (in cura I needed a setting of 0.45mm) When installing on the printer, make sure that the Aquila Z asxis roller nut nut has one of its flat sides at the top.
