July 13, 2022 UPDATE: I Converted my Ender 3 Pro to a V2. This worked perfectly on it as well, and should work for any Ender 3 style I would think. Voxelab Aquila Y Axis Motor Mount for Damper With Cooling Option "USES THE ORIGINAL STEPPER MOTOR WITH PRESSED ON GEAR" Y Axis stepper motor mount that allows for a damper to be used. I managed to get the alignment on center with the stock motor with pressed on gear. I have trimmed it down as much as I dare. I have been using it for a few weeks with no issues. I found that my Y axis was not correct after I originally got it, so I have included versions of an add on y axis switch mount. I made a 40mm and 60mm Fan mount with grills or without, a dust cover and a Heat shield that goes in front of the motor so air is deflected away from the build plate. Another trick... Take the belt off of the front of the build plate, now from the front and while still inside the Aluminum extrusion, twist the belt so that now the flat side is on the bearing roller and not the teeth. Now attach back to the build plate. This will take out a little bit of the vibration of the teeth going over the roller. Let me know if you need any other options or changes.
