Voxelab Aquila direct drivenator with cable chain
thingiverse
This is a direct drive extruder designed to use stock wiring so there is no need to purchase any cable extensions. The x-axis needs to be printed with tree supports. Keep the screws when removing the x-axis cover as you will reuse these same screws for to secure the limit sensor switch. The x-rail chain has 22 links. The z-cable has 23 links. There will be an extra or two but other printers may be different. There is no need to configure the build plate setting in Cura, for the stepper mount will never run into the top rail. Note: you may need to drill the holes for the spacers bigger I did have to increase the size of the holes to fit the spacers on my printer. If there are any problems feel free to message me and I will work resolve it.
