Voxelab Aquila Direct Drive

This is for the Voxelab Aquila FDM Printer. It uses BMG Clone as extruder mounted as close as possible to the heatsink to decrease bowden tube length. Please use Nema 17 pancake stepper motor and not the full sized Nema 17 motor. Bowden length depends on what heatblock you are using, either all metal hot end or a regular hot end. In my setup, using gulfcoast all metal hot end, bowden length is less than an inch. You may need to fabricate your own wiring support. I used ziptie mounted on the printed part. 2x 4020 blower fans are used here, I didn't add ducts for the fans as I super glue my custom ducts to the blower fans. Please post any question to the facebook group and i'll gladly answer. Apply superglue on the outer wall of the upper unit tabs before inserting the upper unit to the lower unit. Be sure to do a trial fit and rough up the parts to be super glued. Screws used are M3 screws. Screw holes are sized smaller for the screw to bite into. (IM REALLY BAD AT PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONS) Money raised here will be for funds for more research.
